Occhino joined Li-Cycle in 2022 as Vice President of Finance and has played a key role in the Company's financial operations, strategic planning, and investor relations. Prior to Li-Cycle, he held senior finance leadership positions at General Motors and Johnson Controls. Occhino brings a wealth of experience in financial management, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
In his expanded role as CFO, Occhino will lead Li-Cycle's global finance organization and oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
