Kate Middleton Gives Birth to Fourth Child
A new update from Kensington Palace has revealed that Princess Kate has given birth to a healthy baby boy. The announcement was made by Prince William at a press conference held at St. Mary's Hospital in London.
According to the official announcement, Kate gave birth at 11:01 am London time. Less than seven hours later, she appeared outside the hospital, cradling her newborn son in her arms.
"We are delighted to share that we welcomed a son at 1101am today at St. Mary's Hospital," the couple said in a statement.
The baby boy is the couple's fourth child, joining Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. The Royal Family has expressed their joy and excitement over the new addition to their family.
Catherine has been away from public life for most of this year, and this latest news suggests that a return to work is not imminent. It is expected that she will take some time to recover and bond with her new baby before resuming her royal duties.
