Kylian Mbappé continued his impressive goalscoring form as Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) secured a 1-2 away victory over Borussia Dortmund in their UEFA Champions League Group F opener. The French forward netted the winning goal in the 66th minute, following earlier strikes from Jude Bellingham for Dortmund and Lionel Messi for PSG.
Dortmund Suffer Defeat
Borussia Dortmund, who reached the quarter-finals of last season's Champions League, were unable to match the firepower of PSG. Despite taking an early lead through Bellingham in the 35th minute, they conceded twice in the second half. Messi equalized for PSG in the 58th minute with a stunning free-kick, before Mbappé sealed the victory with a clinical finish.
