Quarterback Workouts Grade High

The 2024 NFL Scouting Combine's skill position groups took center stage on Saturday, and three quarterbacks stood out among the rest: Sam Hartman, Bo Nix, and Michael Penix Jr. All three prospects showcased their impressive skills and athleticism, drawing praise from NFL evaluators.

Hartman's Impressive Performance

Notre Dame's Sam Hartman had a particularly strong performance, impressing with his arm strength, accuracy, and mobility. He was praised for his ability to make all the necessary throws and for his quick release and efficient footwork. Hartman's performance solidified his status as a top prospect in the upcoming NFL Draft.

Nix and Penix Jr. Also Shine

Bo Nix of Oregon and Michael Penix Jr. of Washington also had impressive workouts, showcasing their respective skill sets. Nix displayed his athleticism and playmaking ability, running a 4.5-second 40-yard dash and impressing with his agility and quick decision-making. Hartman earned an overall grade of 90 from Sporting News, while Nix and Penix Jr. received 85 and 87, respectively.
